Story's Reply button problem

On one of my GL site, when I click on the "Reply" button on the full story page, it leads me to the main page, rather than the comment editor.
I read previous posts, and have replaced the comment folder as suggested, but so far nothing works. The strangest thing is that I have two other sites with the same layout and have no problem with this feature.
That's GL 1.3.11.
