Help with CONFIG.PHP Modifications

Hope someone can help me - kinda new...

I've been trying to modify my config.php and when I do, I always get the following warnings:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/wetcol81/public_html/blog/config.php:763) in /home/wetcol81/public_html/blog/system/lib-sessions.php on line 188

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/wetcol81/public_html/blog/config.php:763) in /home/wetcol81/public_html/blog/system/lib-sessions.php on line 200

Can someone help this newbie out?
