Tony Journal Plugin - No option to install.

Hi chaps.
I have 'installed' Tony's Journal plugin, which doesn't seem to have a config folder, just a case of dropping the files into their respective positions, one folder called journal in the geeklog directory and one in the public_html directory, then execute a couple of sql queries.
I have done this, but when I go to my website directory/journal it says that the plugin isn't installed.
Has anyone else encountered this, or have any idea what it means.
Many thanks,
Curly
