Ignore page already exists?

Hello. 
I have been trying to install the Visitor Stat plugin for quite some time now, but there's obviously something I'm doing wrong because whatever I do, I can't seem to get it installed!
I believe everything is in the right directories, yet when I click the 'Install' button, it says that the plug-in failed to install and that I should check my error log. So I opened it up and came up with the following:
Can anyone help/asisst me with this?
I will appreciate any help anyone can offer.
