Hello!
My questions is: how can I cange menu items into images (.gif, .jpg,..).
I´ve read trhough the FAQ section concerning this question but am quite not sure if its the right one...?
Can anyone help?

Well, you can always remove the {menu_elements} variable from header.thtml and hard-code your images instead. That's what the old XSilver theme does.

If you want it to remain configurable from config.php, that should also be possible, but requires some PHP code in the menuitem*.thtml files.

Hmmm I tried this one just before but doesn´t work...
instead of {menu...} I set it to a href="....">img src... but "he" didn´t find the image...tried to put the image nearly everywhere but still didn´t find it...

Make sure to use absolute URLs.

Or use the {site_url} variable, e.g.

nowadays the whole menu bar dissappeared...
