Is it possible to modify the edit page so that only admin can only edit the expiration date.

If anyone can suggest a way to do this it would help allot.

I am also trying to set it up so users can only choose between, 30, 90, 180, 360 days when listing an add and only admin has the right to modify (add) days to the expiration of the ad. This is so admin can have more controll over ad durations, and is easier to keep track of if charging people for their ad duration.
