In config.php, look for commentsloginrequired and change the 0 to 1. Then check the GeekLog Configuration File Docs.

Your missing one of the template files somehow.
public_html/layout/neloxmas/custom is not a directory.
try with the professional theme that ships with GL and I bet it works. Looks like you may need to update your theme files.

One more thing.
In your footer.html you are showing the version of geeklog that you are running. You may just to remove the version reference as that just seems a little more secure to me. Why show the version? It is shown in most of the old themes.
