Problem with story first part design

because text is centered with the piucture
I use table in first part so the picture is on the left and the text is on the right but that is not good , becasue in 800 x 600 it looks terrible, the text jumps higher than the picture is etc.
how do other fix that
if i do not use tables the text is too close to picture if i use [image_left] option
what to do

A quick and dirty way will be to pass the image thru a fast and small image editor like Image ready and add necessary tranaparent white margin ( space) around where you want

i know but that i like do not
I want other options because i want that it look beautiful in 800 x 600 also

Assuming your talking about http://alternativecomplementarymedicine.com/ try getting rid of that table mess and add this:
margin:5px 10px 10px 10px;
}
to your style sheet then use the [image1_left] thing.

you can see it is the fist nonfeatured story
the text is still too close to pic
and the text in the rest of the story is now f....d

is it possible that the picture would have space only on the right side, because on top, bottom and left everything is ok
to your style sheet then use the [image1_left] thing.
