Geeklog opens the door to OSS

I work for a small/medium technology company. We do mostly copier/printer work and also network support/sales. I've been working on my management and execs to allow me to put together an OSS solution for our small and medium busiess customers. Nothing too crazy, maybe a simple File/Print/Mail server combo. Well, each time I suggest it they dismiss the idea because I would be using a "free" OS.
Well, then one day they came to me because they were developing a focus group within the company to advise on ways to diversify our customer base... they needed a communication hub. I thought Geeklog w/ forum right away and tossed it together in an afternoon. I releaed it to them the next day and now we've got all the executives and upper management working on this thing.
I figure I'll give them about another week and them tell them it's all OSS and see what they say.
GREAT WORK!!! You may have won over my crusty ol' execs!
