File Manager Install Problems

I installed the file manager succcessfully but when I upload a f ile it saids did not create temporary file folder or something like that. What is the exact location and settings you need to create this folder to make it work?

ive got it ju just have to check out very carefully the filemgmt.php and if all the paths there are correct
so duble check the paths there
