I've been requested to create a site for a 4th grade class. I think Geeklog/plugins meet all the requirements (calendar, forum, quiz, polls, news, etc.). This will just be a site where the kids (about 22 of 'em) can go and discuss spelling, math, lunch food, etc. Only logged in kids can post. I will create their username and password and the teacher can give them this info.
I would like to completely remove all email components within Geeklog. Is this possible and still have the site function? I know it's embedded everywhere within Geeklog (and plugins, I think), but we simply don't want to have to deal email.
If this is possible and anyone knows how, please help. Thank you.

Don't have mail on the server or you could try leaving the mail method blank in the config.
