Website design

Okay, I have Geeklog installed and running okay. (Check.php still shows that some permissions need fixing.) Anyway, please can someone give general advice on where to go from here?

I have an existing website, Jungle Photos, which has been quite successful over the years. I installed Geeklog in the hopes that it would help me streamline addition of news items on the regions covered by the site. I guess I can tweak the submit story function to suit my needs.

But the question is, what is the best way to integrate the existing site with Geeklog? I don't mind some pages having the Geeklog "look" but I am not ready yet to convert the entire site, as most of it is comprised static pages. So any ideas or suggestions on what might be a good approach would be very helpful at this stage.

Thanks!

I guess it's time to make an FAQ entry for this ... See this thread for the available options.

bye, Dirk
