hi folks,
i recently installed the forum plugin. now i am being asked does the
plugin support embedded html links in text?
i tried to add a link this am and it just ignored me.
if its not supported, that is one thing, if it is supported,
where would i find the appropriate process to add a link
to a forum posting?
tia, jackc...

Jack,
I'm sure you have seen links in posts in this forum. How are users expecting to enter links - as bbcode [url] or as actual HTML. There is a URL button on the toolbar.
It works fine like this example here
It will depend on if you are allowing the needed HTML as well in the way your site is configured as you can filter out all but allowable html.
