Hello again,
since some weeks my Geeklog website www.tampano.com has this strange error...and I don't know how to handle the thing.
When I see a new user signup and I approve it from the administrator panel...i obtain this error:
-----
Warning: mail(): SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The fifth parameter is disabled in SAFE MODE. in /web/sites/20/tampano/www.tampano.com/FAKE_SETUP_FOLDER_NAME/system/pear/Mail/mail.php on line 112
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /web/sites/20/tampano/www.tampano.com/lib-common.php on line 3268
-----
I tried with fake users created by me...and I can say that after this error white page, the password is not sent to the user.
I didn't change anything in the configurations files since months. Why this error is occurring? Anyone can help me to fix it? I'm using 1.3.9.sr3

You hosting service changed something in their configuration.
Try switching to another method to send emails, preferrably SMTP. See Configuring email (Geeklog 1.3.9 and newer versions).
bye, Dirk
