What does this errors mean?

It means that you didn't set your $_ONF['path'].

what did I do wrong now?

ooo and I got this by changing all forward slashes to double backslashes in config.php for paths

Your PHP install is missing support for MySQL. On Windows, AFAIK, this means that you're missing a DLL somewhere.



Forward slashes should work just fine on Windows.
