filemgmt file upload error

im using filemgmt plugin for my site and need help cause im getting the following error when I try uploading file:

Warning: move_uploaded_file(/hsphere/local/home/maldives/mysite.org/data/filemgmt_data/files/Bulletin.1.pdf): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /hsphere/local/home/maldives/mysite.org/public_html/admin/plugins/filemgmt/index.php on line 776

Warning: move_uploaded_file(): Unable to move '/tmp/phpJ0Z6zn' to '/hsphere/local/home/maldives/mysite.org/data/filemgmt_data/files/Bulletin.1.pdf' in /hsphere/local/home/maldives/mysite.org/public_html/admin/plugins/filemgmt/index.php on line 776


I tried to change dir in filemgmt.php aswell, but no luck.

Your upload directory, data/filemgmt_data/files, is not writable. Please consult the plugin's installation instructions again, I'm sure that's addressed there.
