Xsilver theme

The following links/buttons are available on the top of the page when I select the Xsilver Theme.

Site Stats, Calendar, Links, Get Published, Polls, Personalize

I want to be able to somehow disable them. Is it possible?
I don't see any option like that when I logged on as Admin.

The XSilver theme is a special case since it has those links hard-coded in its header.thtml file (because of the images it uses for the links). So you would have to change them there.
