how to support Arabic?

am new in Geeklog, and would like to know how to set Arabic language on it?

okay, in fact i added a file arabic.php to language directory and set the charset variable to windows-1256, and i can reset the other variables to arabic, and it works well.
but still one step how to set the writing direction to Right-to-left? where can i find this var?

i want to make my site multilingual so i need to set some blocksand stories Left-to-Right and others R-t-L, can i do this?
