Question regarding database and newer GL versions

I'm currently running GL 1.3.9 on my site, and the server I'm on is really slow. I just secured a new hosting service, and I've got a question regarding what would happen if I switched to 1.3.11sr.

I'm intending to back up my database on the existing site, install the latest GL version on the new server, and import the database to the new server so my archives are intact on the new server.

Are there any major changes between the database structure on 1.3.9 and 1.3.11sr? Should I expect problems, or will the database import pretty much intact?
