How Do I Add Images In Blocks?

At www.YoungsterPreneurs.com, I want to add a block titled "Featured YoungsterPreneurs". Under this block title, I want an image to appear and when they click on the image, it takes them to an article about this particular person(image). How do I do so?

Also, I wanted to add the American Red Cross logo, which will hyperlink to the Red Cross website. How do I make that happen?

If this doesn't suffice, I'm sure there are plenty of people that would create a custom block but probably not for free.
