Anybody else using forum 2.5 (rc1 - rc1.3) seeing these issues?

Under forum admin section: IP Mgmt tab saying "/forum/layout/admin/message.thtml does not exist"

Set a forum to "Readonly Forum" but still able to start a New Topic as anonymous user? (Make sure that "Register - Post" is set to NO)

Forum users with status Rank1 does not display rank1 image?

I know Blaine doesn't have time to check every little query I ask him so I was wondering if I might have changed something by accident or if these are things that someone else can duplicate.

i am not really sure. but i think in the
admin/forum/plugins/ips.php is
an /admin
in my opinion only
admin is better. (3 times)

maybe the message.thtml right name is messages.thtml

But these things only know the author Tony Bibbs.

I try to find a bug like this but i do not found this.
