I can't get the Forum 2.3 plugin to install...I have moved everything to the correct directories, but the plugin won't show up on my "plugins" page and so I can't install it. Using the link in the directions doesn't work either...

It should show if the files are in the correct directory. At least the installation files should be in ......./public_html/admin/plugins/forum/ directory in order for the installation to show or executable from the url. That is to execute the installation, if other directories are not in the correct place, the installation cannot be completed.

So check your files and directories again to make sure they are at the right place.

I have made sure that the files are in the correct places multiple times, but I still cannot get the new plugin install option to show up. Is there an option in the config.php for geeklog that could cause this?

And is this a correct file list for what should be under .../public_html/admin/plugins/forum
