Oh yeah, any hint of copyright infringement will get you dropped like a hot potatoe. Not saying that you have infringing material, but just a word of advice.

Googlebot is indexing your site: http://www.google.com/search?hs=0L2&q=site%3Azimdaily.com+-zzzzzzz&btnG=Search
A number of your pages though are not cached. Have you had any recent problems with your server going down?
Since you offer an online newspaper, you may want to consider contacting Google News and see if they would add your site to their news section.

The title of your full article page has hyperlink to link it to itself, which is against Google News' ability to list you.
Type "Google News" on the search function in the forum to find out how to remove the hyperlink on the full article page and keep in on the intro page. It was discussed just a while ago.

Samstone this is what i got from the link you posted
1) remove th link from the storytext.thtml template
2) in system/lib-story.php, change line 207 from this:
$article->set_var( 'story_title', stripslashes( $A['title'] ));
to this:
$article->set_var( 'story_title', ' '" class="non-ul">' . stripslashes( $A['title'] ) . '' );
I dont understand point number 1 " remove the link from the storytext.html"
Which link do i have to remove??

In fact there are two theme files you need to change: storytext.thtml and featurestorytext.thtml. Both are in your layout theme directory. If you are using Professional them it is in /public_html/layout/professional/
You need to remove the html tag that generates the link, which is the starts with <a href... and ends with </a> before and after the {story_title}. Remove the tag.

This is the only part I know that google required. There are other parts, such as the copyright issue that ByteEnalbe talked about. You might want to read their policies.
You should receive an email from Google if they approves your site. They don't reply to your submission right away, and even after approval, you are not listed right away. I don't remember how long it took for mine to be listed. I guess I received their email 2-3 weeks after the submission telling me that I was approved and they would list it in a couple of weeks.
If you don't receive any email from them than you should find out why they don't approve.
