I cannot figure out how to change the color of the message body in the forums without changing the color inside every table on the site. I need the color of the messages in the forum to be black, I need the text in the tables on the main site to be white. I tried changing the forum text color in the css and it did not work.

My site can be found here:

If anyone can help me out I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks~

It is in the style.css file in the layout directory.

I can't access your site, so I don't know if you have updated your style.css as instructed by the forum documentation. That's where you need to adjust the color.

Yes of course I have. I adjusted it, but it does not seem to affect the color of the message text. I changed the background of the messages so that white text would look ok, so I guess I have a solution for now.

But my question remains.

Which tag specifically is supposed to change the color of the message text?

I see what you mean.

I think the text uses the default text setting of your Geeklog site. If you want a different text style, you have to create a class for itsef and add it to your template files.
