Hey guys can anyone help me out with some ideas?
I have been going crazy with this. I can use my geeklog site as the admin and change settings in FireFox browser but I cannot in IE.
In both browsers it appears that I can login as the admin but in IE when I click links in the user function block, I am prompted to login again, However in Firefox there is no problem.
I have deleted cookies and temporary internet files. My security settings in IE are set to default.
Please, if someone can give me some feedback that would be great.
Her is the link for anyone to give it a test.
here
I have read the Faq on white space and i think I deleted a line or two of what I thought was white space in the config and common-lib file but it did not help. can someone show me an example of what this white sp-ace looks like in the file becasue I am a beginner.
Thanks in advance,
Jordyd

Bumping for you, but I'm able to log in fine via IE 6. Perhaps try redownloading/installing IE6?

I jsut went to microsoft.com ....seems thta I have to dl sp2 and einstall that. Is that right? Is that a big deal that will mess with alot of my settings? OR can I jsut get the standalone IE6 browser for reinstall.
Thanks for writing by the way.

Nope it wont affect anything, it'll make your system run better. You may be able to just download standalone IE 6, but I'd go with SP2, it's better for your computer in the long run.
