Stopping Nested Quotes (Forum)

I've looked for an answer to this for some time, and had no luck, hopefully someone can help me out.
Is there a way to limit the number of quotes a person can nest in a post in the forum plugin so that its not possible to have a quote of a quote of a quote of a...you get the point...
Sorry if this is a simple thing, I'm not much for coding
Edit: I'm using the regular forum plugin, the last stable release I believe. Not the PHBBBridge or whatever.
