Filemgmt problem

Hi all
I have a problem with installation of filemgmt
I have uploading all files in all directory.
Clic on Plugins and see "New Plugin, filemgmt, install"
I press on install and redirect on " Install/Uninstall Plugin The Plugin is Not Installed" with Install button. Press this button and redirect always on this page...
please help me!
