GL Upgrade/Forum problem

Hey all,
I've just installed the newest GL on my server in a new directory and used the upgrade DB feature to bring in all the data from my old version. Worked great. The only problem is that the new GL isn't loading the phpblock functions from my plugins, most importantly my forums. (It does load functions from the lib-custom file fine, just external functions.inc files aren't being loaded.)
So my question is, where in the GL code are those functions called as includes? I figure it must be a path problem somewhere (I did copy all of the plug-in files, only the GL directory name is different, no changes to the block info).
Other blocks with external function includes are doing the same thing, so if I figure one out I'll figure them all out. The forum is just my priority. (Fortunately my old version is publicly visible, and it works fine.)

Thanks for any insight.
