Full names instead of usernames

I'm interested in having of having the fullnames appear everywhere (story byline, etc.) instead of the username. I only need the username as a short name to log in.

I have found the {contributedby_user} in the storytext.thtml but I can't find where to change it.

Use {contributedby_fullname} in the story templates and {author_fullname} in the comment templates.
