I was able to install geeklog through godaddy oneclick install.
The site is up but inorder to reach it i have to give the address - www.mysite.com/geeklog/public_html.
How can i reach my site with just - www.mysite.com

Sounds like a pretty useless one-click install if they install it like that ...
I'd suggest reading through the (manual) installation instructions. You'll either have to move the files around or change the webroot for your site (if GoDaddy lets you do that), then adjust a few paths and the URL in config.php

My site has the exact same problem. godaddy won't let you change the webroot.
