Hello, what is Dirk's theme for his homepage and is it available? thank you

If you're talking about A Handful Of Sparks then, no, that theme (dubbed "Sparkler") is not available.
I'm not very good with colors and borrowed them, together with some of the graphics, from Vanessa's Homepage - with her and her webmaster's permission, of course.
For someone with a little more artistic talent than myself, it shouldn't be too hard to come with up something similar. And for the technical side, see this post and $_CONF['left_blocks_in_footer'] (in config.php).
