I am going to be installing the Forum plugin and would like to make some modifitcations. The first that comes to mind is the CODE block and how it is presented.
The template I am placing GL into is a fixed width template. I noticed that the code block has both vertical and horizontal scroll bars. I would like to create the block so it fits the width of my template and the text wraps so the user gets a vertical scroll bar but not horizontal. I find that in almost all instances users hate to scroll horizontally and in this case they have to go back and forth, top to bottom. It is a bit cumbersome.

As an alternative, I would also like to know how to create the CODE block so it has a fixed width and no scrolling in either direction. This would enable users to view the entire CODE text and it would just grow accordingly based on length.

Possible? Simple?

Thanks
Robert

Check the "forumCode" class in the stylesheet. If I'm not mistaken, you have to set both width and height of the scrolling area, though.

bye, Dirk
