An SQL error has occurred. Please see error.log for details

I have received the below error message, looks more like a database issue, any one with any clues on how to fix this error.

12/07/05 17:32:16 - 1054: Unknown column 'header_tid' in 'where clause'. SQL in question: SELECT format, filename, title FROM gl_syndication WHERE (header_tid = 'all')

That's a new field in 1.4.0. Did you update the database when you switched to 1.4.0?

I'd suggest dropping the database and running the install script again.

And just in case: If you were using an older Geeklog version there before, please double-check that you've uploaded all the new files.

I cleaned everything up, and redid a fresh install and everything
