I'm having trouble deleting a topic when I'm in the Admin login. All the other topics seem to work fine and I can create and delete other topics but this one topic keeps reappearing. An error appears when I try to delet which says

fopen(/user.../logs/error.log): failed to open stream: Permission denied

Any ideas?

It's obviously trying to write something to the error.log file so make sure that file is writable (refer to the installation instructions). Once it can write to error.log, you'll probably find an explanation of your problem there.
