Forum not installing.

I am having problems installing the forum plugin. It will show up in the plug-in area, but after I click the install button, all I get is a message that the Plug in was not installed. There are no additions to the db tables. Any ideas?

have a look in your error log and report any errors you find there
geeklog/logs/error.log

My guess would be: register_globals = off

For the forum plugin, this has to be "on".
