It's hardly out the door and I'm already rewriting
Thought I would try my hand with classes and objects instead of continually having to search and edit mutliple files just to accommodate a single change. So I wrote my first class and a couple of sub-classes; rewrote a single function for the sake of testing; and after some time on the front end of a fairly steep learning curve I was successful! Once I got my head around the concept and picked up the syntax, most of which I had already seen and used around the GL stuff, the rest was a snap.
Who knows really? I could be doing it all wrong
a service release here and there notwithstanding, the next version of Inmemoriam will be, well, more object oriented than it is at the moment.
yeah, and then I had to go scare myself by looking at a written-for-php5 class. ouch!
