Private Message Module Problem

When a user has a message waiting it shows how many new and how many total messages they have when they log in. But when they go to the view the message the Private Message Block only has number in it followed by ";". What file do I need to edit to fix this bug?

What module is this? can you be abit more specific please.. there are quit a few prv plugins that i can remember.
