Hello!

I'm having a problem displaying a story to all users.

I've created several topics (general, news, editorials, movie reviews, etc.). Anything I wrote to general gets put on the main page. I just tried adding a story to the "movie reviews" section and it doesn't show up on the main page.

I've checked permissions for both the general story and topics and the stories themselves. ALL of them have the same permissions.

The only help I found was to make sure that register_globals was set to "On." This was from an 2003 thread.

It seems like I missed something.

any advice?

hmm...it's working now...I'm guessing this may have something to do with the fact that I'm using the timezone hack. If my server is in a timezone earlier than my own, then it will not display the entry until it hits that timezone.

It seems like a bug...or am I paranoid?

Which Geeklog version are you on?

I'm running 1.3.11sr1

Is it fixed in 1.4.0?

I was actually under the impression that it worked in 1.3.11 but wasn't so sure about 1.4.0.
