Favicon Again.

Hi everybody,
I've read all topics about Favicons and 'Shortcut Icon', but I see my problem is unique.
My problem is as follows: I have a site which has two URL's, but both of them directs to the same files (i.e favicon.ico and header.thtml). The thing is that the favicon only show up on one of the URLs - and of course this is the URL which is not mainly used, and only acts as a file host.
Example. If i write this url into the browser it doesn't work:
www.skipperklassen.com - Main
But if I use this URL, it works fine:
webhotell.skipperklassen.com - Secondary"
Now, if I use the same URL's and put /favicon.ico in the end the icon will show up, even if it's only located in one place.
The header.thtml file is also the same if use either of the URLs. Which means it directs to the same files.
So what could be the reason for this not working? I'm really stuck here, and would apreciate your help very much.
Btw. You may also notice that the title of the page will not show up on the main-address, but will show on the secondary.
Kind Regards,
Gunnar Alvheim

I've tried it allready, but can change it back just to rule this out.
Have also tried [site_url]favicon.ico without the "/" - doesn't work.
Any other suggestions are welcome.

Using Norwegian keyboard, and cannot find curly brackets, but used of course curly ones in the code.
I tell you, it works on the secondary site, which is referring to the exact same files, not a copy of the site. I don't know how to express this, but it's two domains pointing to the same files where only one is showing the site as I want.
This is the problem. Sorry for the confusion.

As I've allready told, the very same page works on the secondary url. Both urls point to the exactly same files on one server, but your solution doesn't seem to reflect this fact..
The favicon - code IS between the head tags, in the header.thtml file. Not sure what you mean by taking it out of the frame, since I believe this would require a lot of modifications to the entire geeklog-code. Anyway, it is working with one url, but not the other, so this cannot be the answer I'm looking for.
I see this is a hard nut to crack, but I hope someone have the solution.
Anyway thank you for taking your time.
