Does anybody know the settings for automated pinging to weblogs.com?
I am not sure if this is automated...
Also if anybody else has more of these sites... please let me know

I don`t know but I`d love to know the advantage of such a pinging. Does ist bring quality traffic?

Ping-O-Matic already pings weblogs.com. And the settings for weblogs.com are listed under "API" on their homepage.

Hm, you just want to have mor traffic? Or more subscribers or what? How do you measure success?

I would like to have more active registered users.
Every body can post a blog or in the forum. Now I just copy of other websites myself.

More traffic means more people who might want to post or react.

Succes is that is 'lives' by itself. I don't want to be the onlyone to add blogs. I don't have enough time for this.

The site is dutch, so dutch traffic would be the best...

Any idea's

Participate in other Dutch forums and add your URL in your siganture, add your URL on this forum in 'My Geeklog site, add your RSS feeds to sites like feedo.nl who collect feeds etc, exchange links with other blogs, .., you name it.

Certainly a good idea but the site is very unspecific. a site on watersports like watersporters.info will attract more people from its nature already.

I just came accross these. And don`t forget to vote on the left hand side! Geeklog is on the bottom of the poll.

Nee, Sanne, geen Small Business, wel bijna 20 jaar commerciele ervaring in van alles en nog wat, vooral b-2-b.

Als je echt traffic wilt ga dan inderdaad schrijven over een specifiek onderwerp.

Btw, as Ping-O-Matic doesn't seem to accept Pings at the moment, you may want to look at Pingoat which also pings a wide selection of other ping services.
