Problem with 'gl_comments.MYI'

I'm getting a SQL error on my GL site and when I go into admin my database I'm noticing that the "'gl_comments' table is "stuck" in a state of "in use". I am unable to even open the table because I'm getting the following error in the sql admin page:
#1016 - Can't open file: 'gl_comments.MYI'. (errno: 145)
I think I can drop the table and replace it, but I don't know what the structure is supposed to look like for the table. Any ideas?
