Chatterblock install errors

This is the error i am getting in my error log when trying to install chatterblock. Any body have any suggestions. I have chatterblock installed on 5 other gl sites with no problem. i'm thinking maybe my gallery2 install is somehow hosing this up. take a look at the errors
