I'm beginning to receive spam disguided as anonymous story submissions. Anyone have a quick-and-easy way to disable the ability of anonymous users from submitting stories?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

I saw this config value but I could not find sufficient documentation about exactly what that switch did. That is why I did not set it since I was not sure if it was only for submitting stories or for a bigger-picture setting like submitting anyting (i.e. Stories, comments, etc.)
