I can't figure out how to change the default font color of text made in the phpbb posts when I use the phpbbbridge plugin with my current theme. It's currently black on a very dark background. (Whenever I had phpbb installed separately by itself it didn't have this problem)

Also the text in my side blocks and header change color and I don't want them to do that.

You must have fixed this or changed your theme because I no longer see the problem you describe.

All of the files that affect your site's style should be in your Geeklog theme and in your phpBB theme. Since the phpBB interface is wrapped in the Geeklog header and footer, your Geeklog theme will often affect your phpBB look and feel. When doing major theme changes, you will likely have to edit files in both locations.

Yes I did change the theme because my guild was complaining too much. However, your information did help and I will look into it more. Thank you!
