Exists algun pligin Faqman in Spanish? if he is asi where with himself, Of not to be possible tendria that to translate it?

The FAQ Manager plugin uses a language file, just like any other plugin, that you could translate. However, it only contains a small portion of the texts, as the plugin is based on a stand-alone script and the author of that script decided to hard-code most of the text strings in the PHP code.
As an alternative, have a look at Oliver's Multi Language FAQ plugin.
