Just to be sure. The upgrade instructions say that you should upload the new geeklog version files into the orginal geeklog path -> /path/to/geeklog

I assume that the public_html files should be copied into the /path/to/public_html directory also? There is no specific mention about this, although I'm sure that something like this is the case for the upgrade. I just want to be sure.

Well, public_html is below /path/to/geeklog (at least in the default case), so obviously you should replace those files, too.
