New Install Problem

Anonymous
Hi,
I have searched the forum but, my problems seems to be a bit different than any topic I have found. I installed the newest version of 1.4 today. It all looks good with the exception of my Admin area links under 'Admin Only'.
Some of the links look like this:
http://livegeekscanada.comhttp//livegeekscanada.com/admin/block.php
http://livegeekscanada.comhttp//livegeekscanada.com/admin/event.php
http://livegeekscanada.comhttp//livegeekscanada.com/admin/plugins.php
Not sure what I have done? I did get the 1050 error and I did delete the database and started over with a new one. Most all other links are fine with the exception of a few more under 'Admin Only'. It appear to be links that are related to my being able to set up things in the admin area.
Any idea's on this problem?
I installed all the files under my httpdocs (www) folder and do plan on going back and doing the install again as per suggested by the docs. My hosting panel is Plesk.
Thank you for any help on this issue.
Daryl

Actually, now that I look at those URLs again, it looks like you're missing the ':' in your $_CONF['site_admin_url'].
Did you change that setting? And if so - why? The default setting should work just fine, unless you want to rename your "admin" directory:
bye, Dirk

Text Formatted Code

Thanks Dirk,
I had added the full domain in to '/admin' . I should have gone to sleep about 2 hours ago.
Much appreciated!
