I was trying to fix my old theme after upgrading to the most recent version, 1.4.0sr1 and I noticed that every comment on my geeklog install now has
Text Formatted Code
ang_permlink}"># ]
 
appearing after the name of the poster and their IP. How do I get rid of this? I can't find similar code in comment.php or index.php

Check your comment/comment.thtml template file, it may be corrupted.
