Add the required HTML tags and attributes to the list of allowed HTML (as described in the FAQ). But only for the Admin's list of allowed tags, please.

You can also use the Media Gallery plugin, this gives you te possibility to put Flash movies with Autotags ( like: [media:1] ) in your articles.
