if i enter a wrong user and passord i get this:

Is that the only message you get or isn't there something before it?

Anyway, it looks like your error.log file is not writable. Check with the installation instructions.

Radu, is your webspace on cpanel? Did you edit lib-common.php with the cpanel editor? You said it is a fantastico installation. Did you touch / edit lib-common.php?
